Grown and Groomed by the Men’s Foundation, we’re uniting Mzansi for Men’s Health and the leading causes of preventable death amongst men, while addressing the social issues that results in the high rates of Gender Based Violence and Fatherless households.
Having launched and managed global men’s health campaigns in South Africa until the untimely cancellation in 2021, we have and will continue to fight for the men of Mzansi by prioritizing men’s health, both here and on a global stage, through our strategic partnerships and programs to increase the life expectancy of men in Mzansi by 2030.
From month to movement, the Men’s Foundation we will continue to prioritize men’s health and ensure that no man of Mzansi is left behind.

- 81% of unnatural men’s deaths caused in South Africa are from preventable causes.
- 4 out of every 5 suicides, or 80% of suicides in South Africa are men.
- As one of the highest male suicide rankings globally, an average of 18 men dying each day –1 man dies by suicide in SA every 80 minutes – the duration of a rugby match!
- Prostate Cancer is now the leading Cancer in South Africa and while we’re part of the development of the first prostate cancer policy with the National Department of Health which has been in development since 2017, we’re fighting to ensure that all men get access to life-saving screening and treatment.
